Hello friends. I hope you’ve been well. It’s the Thanksgiving long weekend here in Canada. We’re going to be hosting a small dinner and I’m looking forward to spending time with family. Today I want to share this French Glazed Pumpkins. Inspired by THESE from Pottery Barn. I love how they turned out.

I used a mixture of green paint and white paint with a little bit of baking soda to give the paint some texture.

I painted half of the pumpkin with the green and allowed it to dry.

I then painted the bottom of the pumpkin with a lighter shade of green.

I allowed it to completely dry…

I then used THIS set of resin to give it a glazed look. I’ve used this before HERE and I love the results.

I applied it to the top half only …

And held the UV lamp over the glaze.

They look so pretty.

The glaze makes them look like real pottery.

It’s a quick craft that requires no carving mess, no paintbrushes, and no special tools—just simple, stylish pumpkins that look like they came straight out of a storybook.
